Clients and documents are limited by your active subscription. Employees / seats follow the same principle.
How to see your numbers
Open /pricing for published entitlements for your market (Canada or United States). After signup, your account shows the same catalog-driven limits.
If you are evaluating before signup, use the landing help chat on /ca or /us — answers stay fail-closed and will not invent unlimited entitlements.
Requesting higher limits
Choose a higher plan when it fits, or send an enquiry for capacity review. We may accommodate higher needs; we do not promise unlimited clients, documents, or employees.
